With temperature in red and precipitation amount in blue, The graph to the left shows the 100 year trend of the annual means. This information was calculated from the data collected at the HCN stations in and around the CARA Region.

Penn State University, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Rhode Island, and the Virginia Institute of Marine Science are collaborating with the U.S. EPA and private and public stakeholders of the mid- and upper-Atlantic region.
